DPIA Solutions maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA/EASI).

Zero Tolerance Policy Applies to: DPIA Platform Effective date:

1. Explicit Prohibition

It is strictly forbidden to use the DPIA platform, app, or services to:

  • Create, produce, or distribute any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Exploit, groom, or abuse children in any form (CSEA/EASI)
  • Share, store, or facilitate access to CSAM or EASI content
  • Engage in any activity that facilitates child exploitation

2. Reporting Mechanism

DPIA provides a functional reporting mechanism for any illegal content or behavior. If you encounter any suspected CSAM, EASI, or related abuse:

Include as much detail as possible:

  • User account information
  • Content description or link
  • Timeline of the incident
  • Any supporting evidence

All reports are reviewed with the highest priority by our security team within 24 hours.

3. Law Enforcement Cooperation

DPIA Solutions commits to:

  • Immediate account termination of any user involved in CSAM/EASI activities
  • Complete cooperation with law enforcement agencies
  • Full reporting to organizations such as:
    • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
    • Internet Watch Foundation (IWF)
    • Local law enforcement
  • Evidence preservation for criminal prosecution

We support the prosecution of these crimes to the fullest extent of the law.

4. Minimum Age Requirement (18+)

We take this requirement seriously because:

  • The platform is designed for service providers and businesses
  • Content involves professional services and potentially adult material
  • We cannot adequately protect minors on this platform

Anyone discovered to be under 18 will have their account permanently deleted and reported to appropriate authorities if necessary.
