App Permissions

The Android app may request the following permissions, depending on your actions:

Camera Access
Used only when you choose to capture or upload photos or videos within the app. You can enable or disable this permission anytime in your Android settings.

Sharing & Third Parties

We may share information only in these cases:

  • Service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting and analytics providers, under contractual safeguards.
  • Legal obligations if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
  • Protection of rights, safety, and prevention of fraud or abuse.
  • Third-party services such as hosting, cloud storage, mapping services, and scheduling providers may process limited data necessary to provide app functionality.

If the app displays content from third-party websites, those websites may have their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data where applicable (see Contact).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Account and Data Deletion

DPIA provides users with the ability to permanently delete their account and associated data.

How to delete your account

Users can delete their account using either of the following methods:

  • From inside the application: Users can use the Delete Account button available in the account settings or account management area of the DPIA application.
  • By submitting a deletion request: Users may request account deletion by sending an email to info@dpia.site.

What data is deleted

  • Account information, including email address, username, and profile data
  • Authentication-related data associated with the user account
  • User-generated content associated with the account, including posts and publications where applicable

What data may be retained temporarily

Certain technical logs, backups, or records may be temporarily retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system recovery purposes.

Any retained data is kept only for the minimum period reasonably necessary and then securely deleted or anonymized.
